Q1. How to Select Local Currency or Taiwanese Dollars?

● After toggling the currency, you can see your local currency on the web pages.

● We currently accept only Visa Card, Master Card, and JCB Card.

● If you pay by WeChat Pay,  International Bank Transfer, or Alipay, please contact us on Facebook first.

● If you pay by IMT (International Bank Transfer), the overseas banks may deduct processing fees from the amount you transfer, which could result in EILEEN GRACE receiving less than the amount you intend. Please ensures EILEEN GRACE will receive the exact full amount with your bank.

  

 


 

Q3. About Pay on Delivery

● Pay on Delivery is only available in Taiwan.

● Overseas customers should pay before delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and your consideration will be very much appreciated.

● All orders NT$ 3,000 (around US$ 100) and over qualify for free standard shipping to Malaysia, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Australia.

● For countries/regions not on the list, please contact us. 

 

 


 

Q4. How to Calculate Shipping Costs?Order with Free Shipping?

 The Shipping Fee is determined by package weight, after adding items to your shopping cart, you will know how much does shipping cost. 

● All orders NT$ 3,000 (around US$ 100) and over qualify for free standard shipping to Malaysia, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Australia.

● For countries/regions not on the list, please contact us. 

● Overseas Delivery and Handling Fee includes shipping by air and local delivery, invoice fee and other costs.

 Q6. How to Track My Package

You can find the tracking information for orders fulfilled by EILEEN GRACE in My Account/ Order History section. To check the tracking status of your order, follow the steps given below:

 

step 1. Login first and go to My Account.

step 2. Click on the Details button next to the order that you wish to track.

step 3. Scroll down till see the ORDER INFO, and you can see your SHIPPING NUMBER.

step 4. Enter your tracking number here to check: 

● Shipping to West of Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong refer to this page.

● Shipping to East of Malaysia, please refer to this page.

● Shipping to other areas refers to this page.

 

Note:

● It takes 3-5 days to update your shipping number after your order has shipped.

● We promise you can receive the package, if it is seized by the customs, we will resend it to you or return the payment without shipment to you.

 Q7. Why Does My Online Card Payment Fail??

A list of common reasons why payments fail:

● We currently accept only Visa, Mastercard, and JCB.

● Your credit card limit was reached (insufficient funds) Check your credit limit. You might have reached your daily or total credit card limit on the day you tried to charge your card. If this is the case, ask your credit card company to increase your limit.

● Your card doesn't accept charges from an online source. Make sure your card allows online transactions. If it doesn't, talk to your credit card company about allowing these charges. Or use another card.

● Your card doesn't allow international transactions If you're making payments from abroad, make sure your card accepts international charges. If it doesn't, ask your bank to change this or use another card.

● Spend NT$60= 1 point, and 1 point= NT$1 discount for the next order.

● To ensure there is no returns and refunds, it takes 7-14 business days to add your points and rewards to your membership account.

 Q9. Why Do I Not Receive Birthday Discount Points?

● EILEEN GRACE gives birthday discount points on the first of every month systematically.

● Please make sure to enter a birthdate when you're registering for an account. Therefore, everyone just has one chance to enter it, please make sure your birthdate right.

● If you are a member after 1st of your birth month, please contact us on Facebookoffer the e-mail of your account and we will assist to add the birthday discount points to your account.
