HOW CAN I PAY

 

1. You can pay by credit card or debit card online.
 
2. We currently accept only Visa, Mastercard, and JCB.

HOW CAN I DO WHEN THERE IS PAYMENT FAIL

There are a list of common reasons why payments fail, as follows:
1. We currently accept only Visa, Mastercard, and JCB.
2. You enter the wrong verification code
When you confirm to pay it, you'll receive a verification code through a text message to the phone number. Please make sure to enter the code to verify this transaction.
3. Your credit card limit was reached (insufficient funds)
Check your credit limit. You might have reached your daily or total credit card limit on the day you tried to charge your card. If this is the case, ask your credit card company to increase your limit.
4. Your card doesn't accept charges from an online source
Make sure your card allows online transactions. If it doesn't, talk to your credit card company about allowing these charges. Or use another card.
5. Your card doesn't allow international transactions
If you're making payments from abroad, make sure your card accepts international charges. If it doesn't, ask your bank to change this or use another card.

Shipping & delivery


The cost to ship items from each product category to oversea areas varies by item, shipment and shipping option.

1. Your total shipping cost is calculated by the total weight of items.

2. How to estimate shipping cost

1. Logging in. Then click "Buy Now" or "Cart" icon.

2. Recheck all of the items in your list. If you want to change or remove items, you can type the correct number you want into the “Quantity” box.

3. Select shipping, then it will calculate the shipping cost automatally. It depends on the weight of all items.

● To toggle between your local currency and Taiwan Dollars, please select the currency from Taiwan Dollars (an icon with R.O.C. Flag) to MYR at top-left corner.

Order tracking


After your items has been delivered for 3 days (not including weekend), you can check your tracking number by:

1. Logging in> My Account> Order History
2. Select the order what you want to check
3. Click "details"
4. Then you can get the tracking number
5. Enter your tracking number and get real-time updates here

※ Sometimes there are too many items to delivery for Poslaju, so Poslaju couldn't update so instantly. But don't worry!!! There are DELIVERY ASSURANCE we offer, if you don't receive the items, please reply to us as soon as possible. Then, we will redelivery items again to make sure you can receive items safely.

會員積分福利說明

 

1. 會員積分與福利資格

1.1 會員需透過LINE、FB、Google帳號登錄會員後,可享積分累計與福利

1.2 會員享積分,需用同樣帳號登錄,不同帳號不可合併

 

2. 會員福利說明

2.1 會員登錄註冊成功後,每筆消費可享現金積點,每60元1點,每次可折抵訂單最後付款總額之30%(積分效期365天)。舉例:會員有500點,該筆結算總金額為1000,則會員可折抵300元(1000*30%)

2.2 會員生日享積分100點,於生日當月1日系統自動發放(積分效期14天)

3.3 積分無法兌換現金

3.4 訂單扣除積分後,若最後結算總金額不足免運費條件,則需另外支付運費

4.會員首次登錄辦法

4.1 可直接選購商品,於最後結帳頁面置底處會有一個透過3種方式加入會員的方式,直接點選成功登錄會員後,可立即享用積分(希望享受生日積分的會員,要記得購物完畢後,去會員資料中補齊會員生日資料喔)

4.2 直接點選首頁左上方,透過LINE、FACEBOOK、GOOGLE帳號擇一登錄會員即可

 

5.會員積分查詢辦法

5.1 請至會員專區,點選現金積點頁面,即可了解目前的累計積分與到期日,請隨時注意自己的權益喔

 

6.國外客戶消費亦可享受積分

 

7.現金積點狀態說明

8.1 點數:目前累積可使用的點數

8.2 可使用:目前獲得的所有點數中已生效但未到期的點數,可點選「+」展開明細,提醒您留意每筆現金積點使用到期日

8.3 已使用/已失效:已折抵或已逾期不可使用的點數明細

 

※ 其他注意事項

V 活動贈點:辦理退貨時,修改後訂單中未符合贈送條件之活動點數將自動取消

V 訂單退款:辦理退款時,退款金額將扣除已使用積分

V 訂單失敗:訂單中已抵用的積點,在訂單狀態轉為「失敗」或「取消」時,將立即自動回補至會員帳戶

 

會員積分常見問答

 

1.為什麼我購物了沒有積分?

親愛的,每次購物的時候記得要登錄會員購買才可以享受積分;如果您確定已經有登錄會員,麻煩給我們一下您的訂單編號幫您查詢

 

2.為什麼沒有生日積分

親愛的,生日積分是每個月1日統一發送,且您必須要系統有登記您的生日(只能登記1次),如果您是當月壽星且過了1日的生日,麻煩您提供一下會員帳號,由我們協助補登。但如果已經超過當月要麻煩我們明年再來一次喔

 

3.為什麼購物積分還沒有出現

親愛的,購物積分必須待您收到商品,且妍霓絲確認無退款、訂單歸檔後才會計入,所以不會在當下出現喔,大概需要7~14個工作天
